# Requesting New Library Items

## Customers with Indie Edition licenses or greater may make requests for new fixtures, modes, and other assets.

Carbon offers a new category in our **Support Tickets** section labeled as **Request New Library Assets** where users can post their requests.

Typical turn around is currently a month for standard priority fixture requests. We offer priority fixture build service for a fee with a 7 day or less turn-around for mission-critical projects. For standard priority requests with no fee, use the link below. For priority requests please contact [sales@imaginary-labs.com](mailto:sales@imaginary-labs.com)

### To Submit a Library Asset Request

1. **Ensure you input a correct email address: **This allows our support team to follow up.
2. **Select options:** 
     - **Product: **Carbon Plugin
     - **Request Type:** New Library Asset Request
3. **Fill out asset details:** 
     - **Model**
     - **Manufacturer**
4. **Urgent requests (optional): **Our support team will be in touch about expedited options.
5. **Provide a brief summary:** 
     - In the subject line, summarize your request
     - The description field should be used for **specifying fixture modes** and other additional details
